The American Family Association (AFA) is a highly controversial christian values organization with close ties to the registered hate groups directly responsible for the “kill the Gay” laws in Uganda. The AFA’s message of persecution against Gay and Lesbian Americans is deeply connected to the slaughter of easily a million Gay and Lesbian teens in this country over the past several years.
Here is what the AFA (links to hate sites removed) says about Gay and Lesbian Americans in their hate propaganda.
AFA’s direct-mail appeals are particularly shrill. “For the sake of our children and society, we must OPPOSE the spread of homosexual activity! Just as we must oppose murder, stealing, and adultery!” says one such recent fundraising letter. “Since homosexuals cannot reproduce, the only way for them to ‘breed’ is to RECRUIT! And who are their targets for recruitment? Children!”
Over 250,000 christian bigots looking to “beat up a homo” have signed an online pledge to boycott The Home Depot for its sponsorship and participation in Gay Pride events.
In July of 2010, the AFA announced it was launching a nationwide boycott of The Home Depot.
The AFA is a non-profit organization that advocates traditional family values and the reform of American culture “to reflect Biblical truth on which it was founded.”
With nearly 200 radio stations and over two million online supporters, the organization prides itself as the largest and most effective pro-family group in the United States.

I drove 186 miles round trip today to purchase two bundles of insulation and some compact florescent bulbs from Home Depot. There is a local lumber yard about 20 miles from here but I prefer friends. Home Depot rejects the hate spewed by millions of christian who call for Gays and Lesbians to be put to death. The vast majority of lumber and supplies in my cabin came from Home Depot. I would not have supported this wonderful company if it did not support the Gay and Lesbian community.
Go out tomorrow and let the Home Depot know we appreciate their support.
