Federal Judge Rules Mandatory Health Insurance Unconstitutional

Health Insurance Is Not Health Care

U.S. District Judge Roger Vinson ruled Monday that the mandatory health insurance passed under the guise of health care reform is unconstitutional. The judge agreed with the Attorney Generals from the 26 states who brought the suit that the Federal Government does not have the constitutional authority to force Americans to purchase a private companies product.

A federal judge in Florida ruled Monday that key provisions of President Barack Obama’s health care reform law were unconstitutional, and that the entire law must be voided.

US District Judge Roger Vinson in Pensacola, Florida, a Reagan appointee, agreed with the 26 states that brought the lawsuit, and said Congress cannot penalize individuals that do not buy insurance by 2014.

“Because the individual mandate is unconstitutional and not severable, the entire Act must be declared void,” he declared in the ruling.

America needs true health care reform that controls costs and provides quality care to every citizen of the United States. Mandating that every American buy into the broken and unaffordable existing network of private health insurance does not solve any of the problems inherent in the United States health care system.

The health insurance industry is the problem with America’s health care system. Health insurance should be completely eliminated in favor of a medicare for all alternative that takes the profit out of the payment network.

All the Obama health care reform did was fatten health insurance industry profits on the backs of working Americans. That is not reform…that is fascism!

A federal judge today determined that the federal government cannot force American’s to purchase private health insurance. A great victory for freedom over fascism. The government does not have the constitutional authority to legislatively mandate corporate profits on the backs of working Americans.

A federal judge in Virginia has declared the Obama administration’s health care reform law unconstitutional.

Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli filed the lawsuit challenging the law’s requirement that citizens buy health insurance or pay a penalty starting in 2014.

He argues the federal government doesn’t have the constitutional authority to impose the requirement.

Other lawsuits are pending, including one filed by 20 states in a Florida court. Virginia is not part of that lawsuit.

American Manufacturing Destroyed By Free Trade

Watching Congress and President Obama last week convinced me that our government has given up on the United States and is now simply trying to minimize the financial impact of America’s collapse on the ruling elite. If those in power were truly interested in saving America they would be cutting the federal deficit and doing everything possible to create jobs in this country.

We are seeing just the opposite.

The government agreed to extend the disastrous Bush era tax cuts to the richest Americans…who saw their wealth increase by roughly 39% since 2007…rather than paying down the federal debt. This alone will add about a trillion dollars to the deficit and generate few, if any jobs. It also shows that neither party is serious about returning America to fiscal responsibility and that politicians view our debt as insurmountable. In other words the United States is bankrupt.

Early last week President Obama announced another free trade agreement, this time with South Korea. Free trade means multinational corporations can import cheap products into the United States while we export good paying American jobs to slave labor countries. Globalization and free trade coupled with unrestrained corporate greed are responsible for the destruction of our manufacturing base and middle class.

Continuing the policies that are destroying the United States either represents a psychosis on the part of politicians or a deliberate attempt to control America’s collapse. It appears that the rich are trying to strip America’s dying corpse before dumping her in the gutter.

The fact that the United States is in terminal decline is no longer in question. The only issue remaining is weather we go down with dignity and grace or kicking and screaming like a crack whore in the back of a police cruiser.

A soft landing for America 40 years from now? Don’t bet on it. The demise of the United States as the global superpower could come far more quickly than anyone imagines. If Washington is dreaming of 2040 or 2050 as the end of the American Century, a more realistic assessment of domestic and global trends suggests that in 2025, just 15 years from now, it could all be over except for the shouting.

America’s days as the worlds economic engine are coming to an end. Poverty, homelessness, starvation and increasing violence await the decimated middle class. The few jobs industry does create over the next decade will be lower paying positions with no benefits. Prices will increase on everything as the dollar is devalued and wages plummet.

Gay and Lesbian Americans will be particularly hard hit. As companies continue downsizing and more workers are thrown into poverty, those affected by the economic depression will seek a scapegoat for their hardship and loss of lifestyle. Gays and Lesbians are traditionally targeted by the power structure to divert attention from the true villains, corporate greed and government corruption.

Violence against Gays and Lesbians will increase as the christian leadership and their fascist government mouthpieces blame the immoral “homo” for bringing gods wrath down on America. This is already happening as registered hate groups like the American Family Association and the Family Research Council are given an audience on MSNBC, CNN and Fox News. These hate groups are courted by producers seeking viewer share and are often allowed to spew their bigoted opinions unchallenged by facts.

How many times has CNN invited the Grand Dragon of the Ku Klux Klan to speak on affirmative action? Why is the corporate controlled media stoking the fires of hate by allowing such negative portrayal of Gays and Lesbians? Our community is being set up as the immoral boogie man responsible America’s collapse.

We have seen the practice runs in countries like Uganda and Kenya where christian ministers claim that prosperity will be restored to the country when immorality is driven from the land. The christian theofascist’s, or Dominionists as they are called, view America’s impending collapse as an opportunity to solidify their hold on government and replace the United States constitution with biblical law. Of course this will be incredibly bad for the Gay and Lesbian Americans mercilessly hunted and killed in accordance with christian beliefs.

The simply fact that the controlling Democratic Party has passed zero equality measures for Gays and Lesbians since taking power is a clear indication that those government officials understand the role our community will play in a post collapse America.

So what you gonna do?

I suggest a tastefully decorated and well stocked bunker in the mountains where you can not only survive but thrive as corporate christian brown shirts scour the cities purging iPods of dance music and rounding up the stray Gays still cruising back alleys in search of plump prepubescents to convert. A large garden, some chickens and a few drag goats would compliment your bunker nicely and feed you while that crack whore that was once America’s middle class kicks out the windows of the police cruiser then torches the mall.

Short of that everyone should have at least three months worth of food, a decent gun with plenty of ammunition and a well crafted escape plan to get you out of the city when they start rounding up the morally impure and sexually confused.

Now, at this point you may be saying to yourself, “Oh Christopher, that can’t possibly happen in America. Boo on you for scaring the people.” Let me just say that in the 1930′s many Gay German’s saw what was coming and fled the cities before the Nazi’s slapped pink triangles on their brothers and locked them in prison camps. Those who left lived. The ones who stayed tried to blend in but were ultimately outed by tortured friends and lovers.

This may come as a shock but companies such as Google, Facebook and Twitter know you’re Gay. You may think you are closeted but your online associations and viewing habits create a distinct profile. Your wife may not know you pick up men on rentboy.com but the government and your internet provider do. If you think you can quietly “pass” as the christian militia rounds up your Gay and Lesbian neighbors you will be in for a big surprise and a long internment in the local “reorientation facility”.

You have a choice. You can do nothing and hope that the Faith Based Breadlines ™ and Compassionate Christian Shelters ™ don’t demand a “penal displacement” test before feeding the poor and sheltering the unclean or you can responsibly prepare for an uncertain future in a volatile and evolving world.

China, Russia Drop Dollar As Reserve Currency U.S. Threatens War

The United States maintains its ability to print endless amounts of money by keeping the dollar as the worlds reserve currency. Countries trade in U.S. dollars and most of the worlds oil is purchased with it. Because the dollar is the global reserve currency countries buy our treasury bonds which keeps our bankrupt government afloat.

If the U.S. dollar stopped being the reserve currency then the United States government would no longer be able to borrow endless amounts of cash and the value of the dollar would drop creating hyperinflation in America.

When Saddam Hussein threatened to start selling Iraqi oil in euros the United States invaded and destroyed his country. The same can be argued for our current conflict with Iran. It has nothing to do with development of nuclear weapons but is designed to stop Iran from trading oil in Russian ruble’s.

China and Russia just dropped the U.S. dollar as the reserve currency used to trade between the countries. Not only that, but China has agreed to directly trade in rubles for Russian oil and natural gas. Russia is the number two producer of oil in the world. Unless stopped this arrangement will quickly spread to other countries in the region severely threatening the U.S. dollar.

St. Petersburg, Russia – China and Russia have decided to renounce the US dollar and resort to using their own currencies for bilateral trade, Premier Wen Jiabao and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin announced late on Tuesday.

Chinese experts said the move reflected closer relations between Beijing and Moscow and is not aimed at challenging the dollar, but to protect their domestic economies.

“About trade settlement, we have decided to use our own currencies,” Putin said at a joint news conference with Wen in St. Petersburg.

The current saber rattling on the Korean peninsula has nothing to do with North Korea developing nuclear weapons or the recent border skirmish with South Korea. The conflict is about China and Russia dropping the U.S. dollar.

The United States is demanding China restrain North Korea and is sending the George Washington Carrier Group into the Yellow Sea to make the point. If the United States attacks North Korea, China would be forced to defend its communist trading partner and ally. This would quickly escalate into a global conflict. Is China willing to commit to that course of action or will they back down and restore the U.S. dollar as their reserve currency.

To survive the United States must maintain the U.S. dollar as the unquestionable global reserve currency. In 2010 the United States government spent 1.2 trillion dollars on just it’s military and homeland security budgets. That was borrowed money raised from selling Treasury bonds to countries around the world…especially China.

Globalization and offshoring of American jobs has destroyed the U.S. tax base. Without that reserve currency status it will be impossible for the United States to raise the money necessary to maintain it’s vast military let alone take care of any domestic problems.

If the United States can no longer borrow to fund its excesses the government programs propping up the stocks markets will collapse. Unemployment will skyrocket as the government quickly downsizes and millions of Americans who depend on social safety-net programs such as food stamps start to starve.

Senate Advances Food Safety Bill – Destroys Local Farmers

The Food Safety Modernization Act is another corporate sponsored bill designed to force small organic farmers and farmers markets out of business. Passage of this fascist bill is not bipartisan cooperation. Multinational food producers wrote the legislation and bought the votes. They then used the recent salmonella outbreak in the eggs supply to terrify the pubic and force the legislation through.

A long-stalled food safety bill advanced in the Senate Wednesday, drawing unusual bipartisan support in the wake of an egg recall that was the largest in U.S. history, ordered because of contamination that sickened thousands.

The Food Safety Modernization Act would increase agricultural inspections and require enhanced industry record keeping. Wednesday’s vote was 74-25, with all Democrats and more than a dozen Republicans in support. A final vote is expected in the coming days.

Ironically the salmonella outbreak shows just how dangerous it is to rely on multinational corporations for Americas food supply. Egg production for this country is done on 11 corporate chicken farms. As we have seen if production on these 11 corporate farms are disrupted America goes without eggs.

Local egg producers distributed throughout the United States is a far safer and robust supply method.

More and more Americans prefer produce organically grown on local farms to genetically modified foods raised in corporate slave labor camps halfway around the world. This movement towards natural food production terrifies multinational corporations like Monsanto and Cargill who currently control America’s food supply.

The Food Safety Modernization Act will force any local grower who sells to a farmers market or small grocery to tag and track their livestock plus pay a annual $500 registration fee to the FDA. Additionally it gives the government control over seed stock. American farmers and even home gardeners will be forced to purchase genetically modified seeds produced by Monsanto every season instead of heritage seeds which can be saved and replanted year after year.

The Food Safety Modernization Act will guarantee corporate profits and eliminate naturally grown foods. Genetically modified food grown by slave labor in China and shipped half way around the world to your local Wal-Mart and Safeway will be your only option.

The United States government has become nothing more than the enforcement arm for multinational corporations seeking to guarantee profits. Greed is destroying America as profits are put ahead of safety.

Plan now for massive disruption in our food supply. Stock several years of food and purchase as much heritage seeds as possible while you still can.

Louisville Kentucky Gay Community Targeted By Serial Vandals

Gay and Lesbian residents in Louisville, Kentucky are being targeted for burglary and vandalism. The homes are robbed and the remaining contents vandalized. Targeting the homes of a minority group is a hate crime. Vandalizing the homes of a minority group is a crime of escalation soon the perpetrators will turn violence.

In Nazi Germany this is how the violence against Jewish and Gay residents started. The minorities were targeted for robbery this escalated to beatings by brown shirt youth then the ultimate solution was enacted and possessions confiscated. All done at the urging of the radical conservative groups in the country.

Some local residents fear a Germantown burglar is targeting the homes of homosexual couples. While police aren’t confirming that, residents affected said that’s exactly what happened.

Earlier this month, Keith McGill and Jim Reeves said someone stole a TV, prescription drugs and $1,500 from their home on East Kentucky Street. The intruders also poured bleach on the men’s clothes and soda, fruit juice and ketchup on the wall and floor.

Another homosexual couple in the same area said the same thing happened to them on Saturday.

Bob Cundiff and his partner, John, said this time, the only thing taken from the home was a bottle of prescription medication. Like the first incident, their home was ransacked with bleach and toilet bowl cleaner on the carpet, furniture and their clothes.

On Friday September 24, the FBI conducted a multi-state blitzkrieg round up of anti-war and gay rights leaders. No arrests were made but computers, cellphones and passports were confiscated. Many of the targeted activists were ordered to appear before a grand jury.

The message is clear. If you speak out against government policies you end up the target of a terror investigation.

The FBI said it searched eight homes in Minneapolis and Chicago as part of a terrorism investigation on Friday, and two subjects said the agency is targeting leaders of the anti-war movement.

FBI spokesman Steve Warfield told The Associated Press agents served six warrants in Minneapolis and two in Chicago. “These were search warrants only,” Warfield said. “We’re not anticipating any arrests at this time. They’re seeking evidence relating to activities concerning the material support of terrorism.”

The home of Minneapolis anti-war activists Mick Kelly and Jess Sundin were among those searched, they told the AP. “The FBI is harassing anti-war organizers and leaders, folks who opposed U.S. intervention in the Middle East and Latin America,” Kelly said before agents confiscated his cell phone. Sundin called the suggestion they were connected with terrorism “pretty hilarious and ridiculous.”

According to Reuters, Chicago anti-war and longtime gay rights activist Andy Thayer was also targeted.

Neither Party Supports Equality For Gay and Lesbian Americans

As the financial collapse escalates in the United States, angry Americans are looking for a scapegoat to blame for their economic trauma. Muslim Americans unfortunately are bearing the brunt of this anger but anti-Gay rhetoric is ratcheting up. As the conservative hate mongering against our community increases so do the acts of violence.

The Tea Party and their corporate Republican controllers actively endorse candidates that want to criminalize homosexuality. The recently nominated Republican Senate candidate from Delaware, Christine O’Donnell, is the latest Gay hater to gain the parties support. O’Donnell, who promotes biblical law, started a corrective therapy ministry targeting Gays and Lesbians for religious persecution.

The Democratic Party is not much better. They claim to support Gay and Lesbian Americans but have not used their unchallengeable majority of the past two years to pass any pro-equality legislation. Apparently the Democratic Party does not want to be accused of aiding the dirty homos when the conservatives start rounding up Gays and Lesbians for the short train trip to the camps!

When the conservatives took over Germany and formed the Nazi party they blamed the Jewish people and Gays for the countries problems. The model goes rhetoric, persecution, imprisonment then death. As long as the masses are focused on the targeted minorities they won’t blame the ruling elite for the countries problems. Montana Republicans, like many conservative groups across the country, are actively calling for imprisonment of Gays and Lesbians.

At a time when gays have been gaining victories across the country, the Republican Party in Montana still wants to make homosexuality illegal.

The party adopted an official platform in June that keeps a long-held position in support of making homosexual acts illegal, a policy adopted after the Montana Supreme Court struck down such laws in 1997.

The fact that it’s still the official party policy more than 12 years later, despite a tidal shift in public attitudes since then and the party’s own pledge of support for individual freedoms, has exasperated some GOP members.

“I looked at that and said, “You’ve got to be kidding me,” state Sen. John Brueggeman, R-Polson, said last week. “Should it get taken out? Absolutely. Does anybody think we should be arresting homosexual people? If you take that stand, you really probably shouldn’t be in the Republican Party.”

Gay rights have been rapidly advancing nationwide since the U.S. Supreme Court struck down Texas’ sodomy law in 2003′s Lawrence v. Texas decision. Gay marriage is now allowed in five states and Washington, D.C., a federal court recently ruled the military’s “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy unconstitutional, and even a conservative tea party group in Montana ousted its president over an anti-gay exchange in Facebook.

But going against the grain is the Montana GOP statement, which falls under the “Crime” section of the GOP platform. It states: “We support the clear will of the people of Montana expressed by legislation to keep homosexual acts illegal.”

Do not financially support either party. Use your donation money to stock pile beans and buy ammo.

Military “pain rays” Targeting American’s

Several multinational companies have developed mobile “pain rays” purportedly to disperse terrorists and hostile combatants in Iraq and Afghanistan. But in recent months all the devices were recalled to the United States and redeployed to cities around the nations. Not only are these weapons being staged for use against Americans the Justice Department is actively pushing local police forces to start utilizing the “pain rays”.

The truth is these riot control devices were developed for use on a starving and desperate American population. As the government and their corporate controllers continue enacting the globalist agenda more American workers are forced into poverty. These displaced and angry workers must be controlled.

The entire “war on terror” is nothing but a smokescreen allowing the deployment of a vast surveillance and control network in United States. It’s sole purpose has always been the enslavement of American citizens.

The aggressive deployment of these “pain rays” clearly shows that the government is expecting a complete breakdown in order as millions of jobless Americans start taking to the streets. It is more profitable for the multinational corporations who own our government to control and imprison America’s displaced workers than reverse the devastation done by globalization and free trade.

A high-tech ray gun built for the military that fires an invisible heat beam capable of causing unbearable pain will be tested on unruly inmates in the sheriff’s detention facility in Castaic, officials said Friday at an unveiling event.

The “Assault Intervention System” (AIS) developed by the Raytheon Co., could give the Sheriff’s Department “another tool” to quell disturbances at a 65-inmate dormitory at the Pitchess Detention Center’s North County Correctional Facility, said Cmdr. Bob Osborne, head of the technology exploration branch of the sheriff’s Department of Homeland Security Division.

The 600-pound, 7-foot-tall device won’t replace traditional methods such as tear gas, rubber bullets and batons, Osborne said.

“We’re looking to see if we can exploit this science for the benefit of the Corrections Department,” he said.

AIS fires a directed beam of invisible “millimeter waves” that cause an unbearable burning sensation by penetrating 1/64 of an inch into the skin, where pain receptors are located, said Mike Booen, Raytheon’s vice president of advanced security and directed energy systems.

The beam, which is about the diameter of a compact disc, causes an instant and intolerable burning sensation when it touches skin, but the sensation stops instantly when the device is turned off or the target moves out of the beam.
