Traditional Christian Families Beat Their Children

A new study released last week conclusively shows that Lesbian couples provide a safer home environment for raising children than traditionally married christian couples. The report compares the zero-percent abuse rate in lesbian-headed households to the 26 percent of American adolescents who report being physically abused by a parent in traditional christian families and the 8.3 percent who report sexual abuse.

Adolescents raised in lesbian-headed households are less likely to endure physical or sexual abuse by a parent or caregiver, suggests a new report from a long-term U.S. study of lesbian families.

“For many decades now, the opponents of same-sex parenting have alleged that same-sex parents are more likely to abuse their children and therefore shouldn’t be given custody or be allowed to adopt or foster children,” says the study’s lead researcher Nanette Gartrell, a psychiatry professor at the University of California, San Francisco. “And, those allegations have made their way into legislation . . . it’s important that allegations of abuse can be countered with scientific data.”

The findings, published last week in the journal Archives of Sexual Behaviour, are part of the U.S. National Longitudinal Lesbian Family Study, now in its 24th year.

Contact your congressman today (202-224-3121) and demand legislation in 2011 that protects children by banning traditionally married couples from adopting or hosting foster care. Nothing can be done about those unfortunate youth born to traditional couples but children in foster care must be protected from abusive traditional christian families.

Households headed by Lesbian couples should be given priority over violent traditional christian families when considering placement of children in foster care or adoptions.

One in four children will be beaten by their traditionally married parents nearly one in ten will be molested. If you know a traditional christian couple with children monitor those youth for signs of abuse especially sexual abuse. Immediately report abuse to your local authorities or contact the National Child Abuse Hotline at 800-252-2873.

I am stunned to find out that the Democratic Party and President Obama lied to Gay and Lesbian Americans right before the general election in November just to get our vote. The Democratic Party has screwed us again.

Apparently the promised lame duck vote on repeal of Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell in the Senate is not going to happen. Many Gays and Lesbians pointed to this promised vote for their sheep like support of the Democratic Party in the recent election.

The drive in Congress to repeal the military’s “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy appears all but lost for the foreseeable future, with action unlikely this year and even less likely once Republicans take charge of the House in January.

President Barack Obama has repeatedly said he wants to overturn the policy, which bans gays from serving openly in the armed forces. Advocates on both sides believed the issue had a chance of coming up in this month’s post-election session of Congress. Now that looks unlikely.

Sens. Carl Levin of Michigan and John McCain of Arizona, the top Democrat and Republican on the Senate Armed Services Committee, are in talks on stripping the proposed repeal and other controversial provisions from a broader defense bill, leaving the repeal with no legislative vehicle to carry it. With a repeal attached, and amid Republican complaints over the terms of the debate, the defense bill had failed to win the 60 votes needed to overcome a procedural hurdle in the Senate in September.

Obama Administration Reinstates Gay Military Ban

The Obama Administration is seeking an injunction against the federal judges ruling which ended the United States military’s discriminatory Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell policy effectively reinstating the law.

President Obama and the Democratic Party have no intention of repealing Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell or fulfilling any promises made to Gay and Lesbian Americans.

The U.S. Justice Department on Thursday asked a federal court to put a hold on a judge’s order that declared the military’s “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy governing gays in the military unconstitutional, NBC News reported.

Asked directly at a town hall sponsored by MTV/BET why he hasn’t used the power of his office to repeal the controversial policy, President Barack Obama said he’s working to end the policy, but explained it can’t be done with the “stroke of a pen,” and that it has to be done orderly.

Actually Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell could have been ended on President Obama’s first day in office with the stroke of a pen. The United States is fighting in two wars, the President could have issued a stop loss order barring any more discharges of Gay and Lesbian soldiers. Instead Obama farmed it out to congress where he knew it would not pass.

The aborted attempt to get the repeal of Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell through congress wasn’t even real. The comprised legislation simply gave the president power to rescind the law based on the outcome of a slanted military survey.

Where is the promised Gay and Lesbian inclusive Employment Non Discrimination Act? Where is the promised repeal of the Defense of Marriage Act? Why has President Obama reinstated the ban on Gays and Lesbians serving openly in the United States military?

Update: The Obama Administration has given the United States District Judge Virgina Walker until Monday to rescind the courts order and reinstate Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell.

The Justice Department asked a federal judge Thursday to set aside her decision stopping the “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy for gays and lesbians in the military until it can appeal the ruling, saying the decision would “irreparably harm our military and the national security of the United States.”

Government lawyers told U.S. District Judge Virginia A. Phillips of Riverside that if she did not lift her order by Monday, they would ask the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals to halt it. If the appeals court in San Francisco fails to act, the government probably will ask the Supreme Court to intervene to prevent an abrupt change to the military, which says it is not yet prepared to handle the transition.

The Obama Administrations defense of the military’s Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell policy reinforces stereotypes against Gay Americans and fuels the increasing violence against our community. How many more Gay teens will be beaten because of Obama’s decision? How many more American soldier’s lives will be ruined by this unconstitutional policy while we wait for the Democrats?

Obama and the Democratic Party are not friends to Gay and Lesbian American. I know it is hard to hear but the Democrats have screwed us again!

President Obama swore an oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. If he continues supporting the unconstitutional Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell policy impeachment proceeding must be started.

Gay and Lesbian Americans have been restored the right to serve in the military by the United States judicial system. The Judiciaries support of the United States Constitution has apparently upset the christian community still living in America.

Christian terrorists around the country are looking at President Barack Obama as their last best hope for perpetuating bigotry and violence against Gay and Lesbian Americans. President Obama has shown his support for christian bigotry over American Constitutional Freedoms throughout his first anointed two years in office and the theocratic legions hope to extend this righteous reign. President Obama is the only one who can block full equality for American Gay and Lesbian soldiers.

The Senate under President Barack Obama’s control rejected, on a 57-43 vote, a defense spending authorization bill that would have allowed Gay and Lesbian Americans to serve openly in the United States military.

The United States is not a country based on christian law but Constitutional equalities upheld by the American judicial system. When the United States ceases to function as a Constitutional Republic the people have a duty to stand up and overthrow the institution standing in our governments place.

Today U.S. district Judge Virginia A. Phillips ordered the Department of Defense to “immediately to suspend and discontinue any investigation, or discharge, separation, or other proceeding” related to “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell.”

TO ALL PARTIES AND THEIR ATTORNEYS OF RECORD:

This action was tried by Judge Virginia A. Phillips without a jury on July 13-16 and 20-23, 2010. The Court filed a Memorandum Opinion on September 9, 2010 (Doc. 232), and an Amended & Final Memorandum Opinion, and Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law, on October 8, 2010.

For all the reasons set forth therein, the Court:

(1) DECLARES that the act known as “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” infringes the fundamental rights of United States servicemembers and prospective servicemembers and violates

(a) the substantive due process rights guaranteed under the Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution, and

(b) the rights to freedom of speech and to petition the Government for redress of grievances guaranteed by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution.

(2) PERMANENTLY ENJOINS Defendants United States of America and the Secretary of Defense, their agents, servants, officers, employees, and attorneys, and all persons acting in participation or concert with them or under their direction or command, from enforcing or applying the “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” Act and implementing regulations, against any person under their jurisdiction or command;

(3) ORDERS Defendants United States of America and the Secretary of Defense immediately to suspend and discontinue any investigation, or discharge, separation, or other proceeding, that may have been commenced under the “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” Act, or pursuant to 10 U.S.C. § 654 or its implementing regulations, on or prior to the date of this Judgment.

(4) GRANTS Plaintiff Log Cabin Republicans' request to apply for attorneys’ fees pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2412; and

(5) GRANTS Plaintiff Log Cabin Republicans' request to file a motion for costs of suit, to the extent allowed by law.

Washington Post Claims Gay Men Are Sinners And Deserve Death

The Washington Post ran an article today by famed homohater and Family Research Council president Tony Perkins. In the article Perkins calls homosexuality a mentally diseased lifestyle choice and a sin.

Sexual orientation cannot be changed. Every accredited medical and psychological institute in the United States agrees that sexual orientation is fixed and cannot be changed. The only groups promoting the lie that sexual orientation can be changed are religious institutions justifying their discrimination against Gays and Lesbians around the world.

Furthermore a persons sexual orientation does not cause a mental condition that would lead to suicide. Religious groups promoting violence and discrimination against those born differently creates the “hopeless” environment that leads to Gay and Lesbian teens taking their own life.

Here is Perkins suggestion for dealing with Gay and Lesbian teens killing themselves because of christian harassment.

The model for a Christian response to homosexuals may be the story of the woman caught in adultery. When the crowd responded with violence, by gathering to stone her, Jesus said, “Let him who is without sin cast the first stone.” Knowing that they were all sinners, the crowd melted away. But Jesus’ words to the woman he saved were crucial. He did not say, “Go, for you have not sinned.” Instead, he said, “Go and sin no more.”

There is no contradiction between Christian compassion and a call for holy living. But the life which is holy (from a spiritual perspective) or even healthy (from a secular perspective) requires abstinence from homosexual conduct. We would do no one a favor if we ceased to proclaim that truth.

Love the sinner and hate the sin…The christian church has a 2000 year history of stoning and burning Gays and Lesbians at the stake.

U.S. Power Grid At Risk – Are You Ready

No Power = No cash, no gas, no food, no lights, no heat, no water

An advanced computer virus is targeting the windows based control systems used in power plants around the world. Power generating facilities are not the only targets. Water plants, oil pipelines and nuclear facilities utilize the same Siemens control software the worm was designed to disrupt.

A sophisticated worm designed to infiltrate industrial control systems could be used as a blueprint to sabotage machines that are critical to U.S. power plants, electrical grids and other infrastructure, experts are warning.

The discovery of Stuxnet, which some analysts have called the “malware of the century” because of its ability to damage or possibly destroy sensitive control systems, has served as a wake-up call to industry officials. Even though the worm has not yet been found in control systems in the United States, it could be only a matter of time before similar threats show up here.

Even without malicious attacks America’s crumbling infrastructure is dangerously unreliable. The core elements of our national power grid are at least 40 years old and routine maintenance is becoming a problem as utility companies place profit over public safety.

Every Gay and Lesbian should have a plan in place that addresses an extended period without power.

Put back some ready to eat canned food or pickup a case of survival bars you need at least a 3 week stock. Without power your stove and microwave won’t work so ready to eat food is critical. Water is also critical as municipal water supplies usually need power. Bare minimum is one gallon per day per person for 3 weeks. Seven gallon blue camping jugs work great, just fill up a few and put them in the closet. Don’t forget about the dogs!

Stash a little cash back but don’t go overboard. Without power, debit and credit cards are useless. Your large chain stores like Wal-Mart and Safeway will close as clerks are not trained to deal with cash and inventory system are down. Small convenience stores might remain open accepting only cash but gas pumps won’t function and your panicked neighbors will quickly strip the shelves bare. Hopefully the liquor store are open!

Most power outages happen in the hottest part of summer or deep winter. Central heating systems are useless without power. Ideally your home should have a wood burning fireplace or wood stove as backup heat. A small propane or kerosene heater can keep a couple of rooms warm overnight. Store plenty of fuel. Only heat what you need and close off the rest. Two of you cuddling in a sleeping bag is ideal. During the day try to get as much southern sunlight as possible into the house, sunlight is free.

Be sure you have a few rechargeable solar lanterns for light.

With a little planning you can survival comfortably until the power is restored.

United States Created HIV And AIDS For Population Control

The AIDS epidemic is a United States government sponsored experiment in eugenics and population control. The Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) which causes AIDS was created in a government lab, distributed to targeted minority populations through experimental Hepatitis B vaccines and allowed to spread determining the viruses effectiveness within the group.

Strange how the virus only targeted a hated American minority group and African blacks living in one of the most resource rich undeveloped areas left in the world.

In America, AIDS took a feared and unconventional minority group and forced them into societies norms. Gay men not burdened by children were considered a potential threat to the established political systems and the biblical morality essential to controlling the population at large. AIDS reinforced the stereotype that Gays are diseased deviants and that god punishes sinners! It also killed the liberal free love movement of the 1960’s and 70’s.

HIV was introduced into the American Gay population through a Hepatitis B vaccine test in New York (1978) and San Francisco (1980). Since then Gay men infected with HIV have become virtual slaves to the multinational pharmaceutical companies who make trillions off preserving the life of those with AIDS while refusing to cure the cause!

In Africa, AIDS has devastated a massive percentage of the straight population with government resources tied up in treatment and unavailable to build a stable society. HIV was introduced into the African population through Hepatitis B vaccine testing in the early 1970’s and quickly spread through the target demographics. The AIDS epidemic has greatly stunted the development of many African nations while preserving valuable natural resources and keeping the population in check.

Those believing the United States government could never participate in…let alone institute…such lethal experiments on minorities need only look to American history for the truth.

Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment (Disclosed 1972)

The Tuskegee syphilis experiment was a clinical study conducted between 1932 and 1972 in Tuskegee, Alabama, by the U.S. Public Health Service. Investigators recruited 399 impoverished African-American sharecroppers with syphilis for research related to the natural progression of the untreated disease.

The Public Health Service, working with the Tuskegee Institute, began the study in 1932. Nearly 400 poor black men with syphilis from Macon County, Ala., were enrolled in the study. For participating in the study, the men were given free medical exams, free meals and free burial insurance. They were never told they had syphilis, nor were they ever treated for it. According to the Centers for Disease Control, the men were told they were being treated for “bad blood,” a local term used to describe several illnesses, including syphilis, anemia and fatigue.

The 40-year study was controversial for reasons related to ethical standards, primarily because researchers failed to treat patients appropriately after the 1940s validation of penicillin as an effective cure for the disease.

United States Human Radiation Experiments (Disclosed 1994)

Numerous human radiation experiments have been performed in the United States, many of which were funded by various U.S. government agencies, such as the Department of Defense and the Atomic Energy Commission.

These experiments included injecting radioactive substances into babies and pregnant women. Feeding radioactive material to mentally disabled children. Releasing radioactive materials over US cities to simulate the effects of radioactive fallout. Exposing U.S. soldiers and prisoners to high levels of radiation. Irradiating the testicles of prisoners, which caused severe birth defects. Illegally exhuming bodies from graveyards to test them for radiation.

On January 15, 1994, President Bill Clinton formed the Advisory Committee on Human Radiation Experiments (ACHRE), chaired by Ruth Faden of the Johns Hopkins Berman Institute of Bioethics. The committee was created to investigate and report the use of human beings as test subjects in experiments involving the effects of ionizing radiation in federally funded research. The committee discovered the causes of the experiments, and reasons why the proper oversight did not exist, and made several recommendations to prevent future occurrences of similar events.

Guatemala Gonorrhea and Syphilis Experiment (Disclosed 2010)

U.S. government medical researchers intentionally infected hundreds of people in Guatemala, including institutionalized mental patients, with gonorrhea and syphilis without their knowledge or permission more than 60 years ago.

Many of those infected were encouraged to pass the infection onto others as part of the study.

About one third of those who were infected never got adequate treatment.

On Friday, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius offered extensive apologies for actions taken by the U.S. Public Health Service.

“The sexually transmitted disease inoculation study conducted from 1946-1948 in Guatemala was clearly unethical,” according to the joint statement from Clinton and Sebelius. “Although these events occurred more than 64 years ago, we are outraged that such reprehensible research could have occurred under the guise of public health. We deeply regret that it happened, and we apologize to all the individuals who were affected by such abhorrent research practices.”

These are just a few of the experiments the United States government has admitted. What else beside the lethal HIV testing is the government currently concealing?

The massive spike in autism cases over the past several years is a clear indication that the United States government is not finished experimenting on the world population. Many believe autism is caused by vaccines and if history is any indication they are correct.

In the past few years the rate of autism has spiked from .5 per 1000 children in 1996 to 6 per 1000 in 2007. The number continues to increase but parents are starting to decline these questionable vaccines. Unfortunately the United States government and multinational pharmaceutical companies are aggressively pushing legislation that will mandate all children be forced to receive these childhood inoculations.

Ask yourself this question. Has the United States government and their corporate controllers become more or less moral over the past 70 years?

How many years will pass before the government apologizes for infecting millions of Gay Americans with HIV and letting them die untreated from AIDS.

Christian Churches Coordinating Attacks Against Gays

The christian agenda of violence against Gay and Lesbian Americans is escalating as hate groups are now targeting the heart of our community. A pair of brutal and possibly coordinated attacks in New York’s Gay neighbors have left local residents stunned and worried for their safety.

New York’s police must investigate the sources of these attacks and bring charges against the church leadership. Then Federal terrorism charges should be pursued on the parent christian organization. Being a christian does not excuse you from United States terrorism laws.

A pair of violent homophobic attacks have rocked the city’s most gay-friendly neighborhoods – including one inside the West Village bar considered the birthplace of the gay rights movement.

Shocked customers at the Stonewall Inn chased Matthew Francis, 21, and Christopher Orlando, 17, both of Staten Island, after the pair yelled gay slurs and pummeled a man during an attempted robbery early Sunday, said cops.

In the second attack, Andrew Jackson, 20, was busted on charges he and a pack of pals brutally set upon three gay men Friday night at 25th St. and Ninth Ave. in Chelsea. The victims were kissing and hugging good night after dinner.

Until the source of this violence is discovered Gay and Lesbian residents of New York should arm themselves. A small easily concealed pistol such as a Phoenix Arms HP22A is inexpensive and virtually untraceable.

These christian terror gangs expect their Gay victims to be docile and not put up a fight…let’s surprise them! Gay and Lesbian Americans have the same rights as christians when it comes to self defense.

Here is a suggestion to my brothers and sisters in New York.

Don’t tolerate violence against our community. Rather than call the police drag these animals into an alley and beat them with a tire iron until the their preacher can’t recognize them. If you happen to be attacked and carrying a gun simply end their ability to terrorize American citizens. It is self defense and so far Gays and Lesbians still have the right to defend themselves.

Armed Gays Don't Get Bashed

Four states now allow Gays and Lesbians to carry guns for protection while in a bar. Tennessee, Arizona, Georgia and Virginia permit loaded guns in bars and restaurants carried for self defense.

A high percentage of violence against Gays and Lesbians occur near bars in gay districts. Most attacks happen traveling between bars, walking to your car or walking home. Gay bashers usually attack in gangs and specifically target individuals or couples leaving a gay establishment. They rarely engaging a group. The Gay community can now legally protect itself against christian terrorists with lethal force.

“If someone’s sticking a gun in my face, I’m not relying on their charity to keep me alive,” said Mr. Ringenberg, 30, who said he carries the gun for personal protection when he is not at work…

…Tennessee is one of four states, along with Arizona, Georgia and Virginia, that recently enacted laws explicitly allowing loaded guns in bars. (Eighteen other states allow weapons in restaurants that serve alcohol.) The new measures in Tennessee and the three other states come after two landmark Supreme Court rulings that citizens have an individual right — not just in connection with a well-regulated militia — to keep a loaded handgun for home defense.

Experts say these laws represent the latest wave in the country’s gun debate, as the gun lobby seeks, state by state, to expand the realm of guns in everyday life.

In the next few years we are going to see a large number of Gay bars offering gun checks right next to the coat check room. The increased violence and threats against our community are forcing many Gays and Lesbians to rethink their ideas around gun ownership. Every Gay and Lesbian should own a gun and be prepared to defend themselves. Remember, armed Gays don’t get bashed!
