Mandatory Health Insurance Threatens Personal Freedoms

Quality Health Care Is A Universal Right

In March 2010 President Obama signed the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) passed by the Democratic controlled congress. The “sweeping healthcare reform” in reality is nothing but a bailout of the health insurance industry and does little for American citizens. The PPACA forces hard working Gay and Lesbian Americans to purchase into a broken private health insurance system or face imprisonment.

The IRS enforces participation. If an American worker refuses to purchase a private policy the IRS fines you. If you choose not to pay the IRS fine you will go to jail.

Never before in the history of the United States has the federal government forced American citizens to purchase a private industry product or face jail. The PPACA represents the single greatest threat to American personal freedoms our country has ever faced.

If PPACA is allowed to stand any multinational corporation could buy enough votes in congress to mandate every American purchase their product. Your right to freely associate is eliminated as you are forced to support industries against your will.

Here is an example. Let’s say Microsoft wanted to increase sales but do to the economic slump no one was upgrading their software. Bill Gates buys enough congressmen and senators to pass a piece of legislation that forces every PC owner to upgrade their operating system every year. Any PC owner connected to the internet without the proper operating system would face fines and imprisonment.

Of course it would be rolled out as a necessary step in combating cyber terrorism but the end result is the same. It removes competition and product innovation. Why spend billions enhancing a product when you can spend a few million bribing congress members and force everyone to purchase your junk through government mandates.

By the way that is exactly what happened in the “health care reform” fiasco. Rather than create a new and innovative system to providing health care to all Americans, members of congress sold their votes to the health insurance lobby and the end result is mandatory participation in our broken private health insurance system. Instead of retooling their business model to address the economic realities facing America today the health insurance industry simply bought enough congressmen to mandate every citizen buy their outdated and overpriced products.

This is the new model for any multinational corporation doing business in the United States. Save the cost of research and advertising by simply having the government force Americans to buy your product.

Mercifully the wheels of justice are turning for the American people. United States District Judge Roger Vinson is allowing a lawsuit brought by several states claiming the PPACA is unconstitutional. The Federal government does not have the constitutional authority to force all Americans to purchase products from a private industry.

Vinson dismissed four of six claims the states brought against the healthcare law but said he saw grounds to proceed on two counts, including one relating to the way critics say it would force huge new spending by state governments.

On the issue of the so-called “individual mandate,” the law’s provision that all Americans obtain healthcare insurance, Vinson said the plaintiffs had “most definitely stated a plausible claim” for their objections.

“The power that the individual mandate seeks to harness is simply without prior precedent,” he said.

Candidates from both parties are campaigning against the wildly unpopular “health care reform” with the Republicans promising to repeal the more egregious pieces of the legislation. Make no mistake, neither party will repeal the mandatory health insurance provisions in this bill they will simply relax the restrictions placed on the insurance industry. Rates will skyrocket as coverage declines…and you will still be forced to purchase their product.

The federal government starts enforcing the individual mandates in 2014.

Over the next 4 years freedom loving Americans will face the choice of abandoning the United States for a less fascist nation or imprisonment for not supporting corporate profits. Change you can believe in!

Health insurance companies provide no health care…health insurance companies profit by DENYING health care. Placing health insurance company profits above patient care kills Americans!

A single payer system that removes profits from denying care is the only reform acceptable to the American public.

Government Declares Anti-War And Gay Activists Terrorists

Riot Police Stare Down Gay Rights Activist

On Friday September 24, the FBI conducted a multi-state blitzkrieg round up of anti-war and gay rights leaders. No arrests were made but computers, cellphones and passports were confiscated. Many of the targeted activists were ordered to appear before a grand jury.

The message is clear. If you speak out against government policies you end up the target of a terror investigation.

The FBI said it searched eight homes in Minneapolis and Chicago as part of a terrorism investigation on Friday, and two subjects said the agency is targeting leaders of the anti-war movement.

FBI spokesman Steve Warfield told The Associated Press agents served six warrants in Minneapolis and two in Chicago. “These were search warrants only,” Warfield said. “We’re not anticipating any arrests at this time. They’re seeking evidence relating to activities concerning the material support of terrorism.”

The home of Minneapolis anti-war activists Mick Kelly and Jess Sundin were among those searched, they told the AP. “The FBI is harassing anti-war organizers and leaders, folks who opposed U.S. intervention in the Middle East and Latin America,” Kelly said before agents confiscated his cell phone. Sundin called the suggestion they were connected with terrorism “pretty hilarious and ridiculous.”

According to Reuters, Chicago anti-war and longtime gay rights activist Andy Thayer was also targeted.

The Patriot Act allows the government to declare any citizen a terrorist or enemy combatant. This effectively strips constitutionally guaranteed civil rights from a person or group. You can be captured, incarcerated and held indefinitely without a lawyer or trial for as long as the government deems necessary. You just disappear, no will know what happened to you. If you question someones disappearance you too will vanish.

Military “pain rays” Targeting American’s

Several multinational companies have developed mobile “pain rays” purportedly to disperse terrorists and hostile combatants in Iraq and Afghanistan. But in recent months all the devices were recalled to the United States and redeployed to cities around the nations. Not only are these weapons being staged for use against Americans the Justice Department is actively pushing local police forces to start utilizing the “pain rays”.

The truth is these riot control devices were developed for use on a starving and desperate American population. As the government and their corporate controllers continue enacting the globalist agenda more American workers are forced into poverty. These displaced and angry workers must be controlled.

The entire “war on terror” is nothing but a smokescreen allowing the deployment of a vast surveillance and control network in United States. It’s sole purpose has always been the enslavement of American citizens.

The aggressive deployment of these “pain rays” clearly shows that the government is expecting a complete breakdown in order as millions of jobless Americans start taking to the streets. It is more profitable for the multinational corporations who own our government to control and imprison America’s displaced workers than reverse the devastation done by globalization and free trade.

A high-tech ray gun built for the military that fires an invisible heat beam capable of causing unbearable pain will be tested on unruly inmates in the sheriff’s detention facility in Castaic, officials said Friday at an unveiling event.

The “Assault Intervention System” (AIS) developed by the Raytheon Co., could give the Sheriff’s Department “another tool” to quell disturbances at a 65-inmate dormitory at the Pitchess Detention Center’s North County Correctional Facility, said Cmdr. Bob Osborne, head of the technology exploration branch of the sheriff’s Department of Homeland Security Division.

The 600-pound, 7-foot-tall device won’t replace traditional methods such as tear gas, rubber bullets and batons, Osborne said.

“We’re looking to see if we can exploit this science for the benefit of the Corrections Department,” he said.

AIS fires a directed beam of invisible “millimeter waves” that cause an unbearable burning sensation by penetrating 1/64 of an inch into the skin, where pain receptors are located, said Mike Booen, Raytheon’s vice president of advanced security and directed energy systems.

The beam, which is about the diameter of a compact disc, causes an instant and intolerable burning sensation when it touches skin, but the sensation stops instantly when the device is turned off or the target moves out of the beam.

Papers Please – Evangelical Christians Demand Darkies Leave Arizona

Continuing their message of hope and deliverance to white christian America the Knights Party, the political arm of the KKK, helped draft the legislation signed by Arizona’s evangelical christian governor Jan Brewer.

Brewer, an avid supporter of a whites only christian America, signed the legislation that allows police to demand proof of citizenship from any dark skinned person in the state of Arizona.

Here is item eight from the Knights Party political platform which the Arizona legislation is based upon.

America is being over run by illegal immigrants mostly from nonwhite countries who do not share the Christian European values of our nation’s founders. Immigration should remain open to all White Christians throughout the world. There is not one single country that does not persecute it’s White Christian citizens such as in South Africa where the violent crime against Whites is at an all time high. The entire reasoning behind the forming of America was to allow one place in the world where White Christians could live together in harmony without any outside interference from those of other religions or races.

Governor Brewers christian klan authored legislation will of course be ruled unconstitutional but how much terror will be inflicted on dark skinned Americans visiting Arizona while the legal system works?

Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer signed into law the nation’s toughest legislation against illegal immigration Friday, a sweeping measure that supporters said would take handcuffs off police but which President Obama said could violate people’s civil rights.

The bill, sent to the Republican governor by the GOP-led Legislature, would make it a crime under state law to be in the country illegally. It would also require local police officers to question people about their immigration status if there is reason to suspect they are illegal immigrants.

Brewer, who faces a tough election battle and growing anger in the state over illegal immigrants, said the law “protects every Arizona citizen,” and said the state must act because the federal government has failed.

“We in Arizona have been more than patient waiting for Washington to act,” Brewer said after signing the law. “But decades of inaction and misguided policy have created a dangerous and unacceptable situation.”

The bill takes effect 90 days after the current legislative session ends in the next several weeks.

Mr. Obama said in Washington that he’s instructed the Justice Department to examine the Arizona bill to see if it’s legal, and said the federal government must enact immigration reform at the national level – or leave the door open to “irresponsibility by others.”

“That includes, for example, the recent efforts in Arizona, which threaten to undermine basic notions of fairness that we cherish as Americans, as well as the trust between police and their communities that is so crucial to keeping us safe,” Mr. Obama said.

Brewer spoke about the national attention the bill attracted after she signed it into law.

“We must acknowledge the truth: people across America are watching Arizona,” Brewer said. “Some of those people from outside our state are waiting to see us fail … We cannot give them that chance. We must use this new tool wisely. We must react calmly.”

Gay Activist Dies After Being Beaten By Tulsa Police

The Tulsa police department beat Keith Kimmel so bad that they had to call an ambulance to take him to the hospital. There were no tickets issued and no arrests made. The police simply beat him for being a Gay man in Tulsa, OK.

Tulsa, OK – A gay activist dies a short time after a violent scuffle with Tulsa Police. But the question remains – are the police to blame?

Activist Keith Kimmel said he was injured after he was dragged across the pavement by police after being thrown out of a local bar. Kimmel took pictures of his injuries and filed a formal complaint. Then he drove back to his Norman home, where he was discovered dead just days later. Now the case is the subject of an internal investigation by TPD.

“I am very disappointed. That’s the last time I saw him alive,” says Toby Jenkins.

Jenkins was among the last to see Keith Kimmel before he was thrown out of a Tulsa nightclub for causing a drunken disturbance Friday night.

“I was stepping in and he was stepping out. We talked a bit and he seemed a bit preoccupied,” Jenkins tells us.

It all happened at End Up where Tulsa Police were quickly called in.

“From the onset, point of contact, he was verbally aggressive, physically aggressive and resistant at that point,” explains Jason Willingham from the Tulsa Police Department.

Kimmel sustained cuts and abrasions during that altercation with TPD. He took pictures, wrote about the incident on his blog, and even filed a formal complaint.

Then just a few days later Kimmel was discovered dead under mysterious circumstances at his home in Norman, leaving many to wonder if the injuries sustained during that scuffle with TPD is to blame.

“Without a doubt, whenever there is a complaint we look into it to make sure our officers didn’t do anything wrong or illegal,” explains Willingham.

Kimmel, described as a Gay activist, is no stranger to controversy. He even sued the Oklahoma Tax Commission when it refused to issue him a vanity tag that reads “I’m Gay.”

“I am who I am. I am not ashamed of being gay,” Kimmel told Oklahoma ABC affiliate, KOCO, when his request for the tag was turned down.

Meanwhile, back at Tulsa’s Equality Center the news and these disturbing images are still top of mind.

“Seems excessive to me, but I am sure TPD will investigate and will determine whether that is the situation,” says one visitor.

Kimmel was never arrested, but he was taken to St. John Medical Center. He left there Saturday morning under his own power.

Dallas Jail Guard Advocates Exterminating Gays & Lesbians – Protect America Remove Religion From Civil Rights Act

Freedom of religion does not give a person the right to advocate exterminating a minority group. Christian terror cells are active throughout America, this is a classic example of how their members infiltrate local law enforcement. How many Gay and Lesbian prisoners were abused and tortured by this christian terrorist before he was caught and removed from duty. How many more christian terrorist have infiltrated local police departments.

Just recently we have seen a Gay purge by the Los Angles Police Department and illegal harassment of a Lesbian Air Force Sergeant by the Rapid City Police Department. Who is policing the police? Why are these christian terrorist not being screened out in the interview process?

A Dallas County jail guard recently fired after allegedly making anti-gay remarks and commenting about religion has said his free speech rights have been violated but he will not seek to regain his job.

A sheriff’s department review concluded Stephen Johnson, 59, persisted in volunteering his religious opinions and speaking out against homosexuality.

Johnson, after nearly 17 years with the department, was fired Jan. 20 for conduct unbecoming an officer and for lying to internal affairs, the Dallas Morning News reported Tuesday.

Johnson in October interrupted a private conversation among jail staff and “interjected his own opinions,” telling them all gays should be annihilated, according to a sheriff’s report.

“They made it out to be that I was a bigot. I was fired “cause I hurt someone else’s feelings,” Johnson said Monday. He said that his free speech rights were violated but that he will not appeal.

Johnson said he made his comments to some clerks. The names of the witnesses who filed the complaints were obscured in the sheriff’s department report.

In a sworn statement, Johnson denied saying he supported slavery while noting that “slavery is a fact in the Bible.” Johnson also offered an opinion about the origin of dinosaurs.

“I believe that all dinosaurs were born of Satanic angel who has sex with woman and the animal kingdom that created ungodly reptilian creatures none of these were on the Ark,” he said in the sworn statement.

Johnson also said that he didn’t believe in homosexuality and “that they should be put to death,” according to his statement. But he said his beliefs don’t lead him to treat gays differently.

Capt. Bart Terrell, who supervises the intake area where Johnson was assigned, wrote that Johnson demonstrated a “pattern of conduct that is verbally inflammatory in nature and is detrimental to keeping a good working environment.”

Johnson was suspended for three days and given 90 days of probation in 2000 for using a derogatory word about minorities while talking to several inmates he was searching, records show.

Christian job seekers that advocate the extermination of Gay and Lesbian people should be excluded from employment consideration. In a civilized society we should not have to tolerate their kind. Unfortunately christian hate groups were granted special employment rights and privileges when religion was added to the Civil Rights Act of 1968.

Contact your members of Congress and demand that religion be removed as a special class from the Civil Rights Act. American employers should not have to hire morally repugnant christians that advocate discrimination and violence against valued Gay and Lesbian employees and customers.

LA Politicians Arrest Gays To Win Christian Votes

It’s an election year. Politicians like to be able to say they have cleaned up the city so they target the minority that will quietly go along with the arrests and fines. Historically these raids never target straight couple only gay men, they always happen a few months before an election, lots of sensational media coverage and the cases are always expunged a few years later. This happens in almost all major cities with a significant Gay population.

It is a ploy to get votes from the politically neutral christians who fully believe that discrimination and violence is acceptable against the Gay and Lesbian Community. Since many of these men are closeted they will do whatever they can to quietly and quickly get through the legal proceedings.

Unfortunately for the men arrested many times they are forced to register as sex offenders many lose their jobs and families committing suicide as the only possible escape.

Los Angeles Police Department officers are cracking down on ongoing lewd conduct in large urban parks.

Officers said the number of complaints from park visitors have been on the rise at Elysian Park, Griffith Park and Sycamore Grove. Many people said they have seen people in the parks engaged in public sexual activity, which increases the risk of spreading sexually transmitted diseases.

Many participants have been arrested frequently and are typically men engaging in homosexual activity.

A video provided by the Los Angeles Police Department that was shot during an undercover sting operation showed the grounds of Elysian Park littered with dozens of used condoms. Officers ended up arresting three men who were engaged in lewd conduct.

“Very typically these are married man who do not identify themselves as gay,” said Diaz.

The LAPD says they are not targeting the gay community but anyone who chooses to have sex in public parks.

“Gay, straight, bi or whatever sexual orientation they are is not our concern. Our concern is to stop this activity or at least an attempt to abate it.”

Though the activity has been occurring for many years, Los Angeles Police are especially concerned about a recent trend in which participants are targeted for robbery and assault by local gang members.

Through increased investigations and warnings of physical risks to participants, officers hope to decrease the occurrence of these activities.

A lewd conduct arrest is a misdemeanor charge. The LAPD said there have been 90 arrests in Elysian Park since January.

The department even had sensational video just like the Ugandan death minister Martin Ssempa used to inflame the public.

If these were straights engaging in sex in a public park (and they do) the police would simply run them off with a warning and you certainly would never see a news piece about it. The straights would also lawyer up and fight the charges very vocally.

The way to stop this right now is fight back. Find a lawyer who will bring a class action case against the city be very vocal, make the city look evil. If they lose more votes because of bad press than they gain from the christians they will stop. You must be seen and heard it only takes a few people.

Find out which elected official is making this an issue. It might not be a city official, state legislators are also trying to influence voters by poking into local affairs. It is important to know who is targeting our community.

Also have CopWatch teach you how to monitor the police. A couple of Gay advocates in the parks with cameras watching the police and immediately advocating for the victims will quickly shut down the Gay witch hunt. Plus it warns the happy campers in the bushes that the police are gunning for them.

Remember this is a consensual act between two adults you are being targeted simply because you are Gay.

Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell, Don’t Work – Rapid City Police Illegally Out Sergeant To Air Force

Air Force Sergeant Jene Newsome was not asked and did not tell yet she is still the victim of a homophobic police department and an unjust military policy of discrimination against Gay and Lesbian service members. This terrible injustice must be overturned. Jene Newsome’s only crime was legally marrying someone she loved.

The couple was legally married in Iowa. There would be no issue if Sergeant Newsome had married a male stranger she had met on the streets of Iowa City but she followed her heart and wed the person she loved.

There can not be two sets of laws governing our country. One set for the white christian heterosexuals and another for the rest of us. Had the Newsomes been a heterosexual white couple would the police forward the marriage certificate to the Air Force? Of course not! Sergeant Newsome is being punished because the Rapid City South Dakota Police Department believes discrimination and violence against the Gay and Lesbian community is acceptable.

Former Air Force sergeant Jene (jeh-NAY’) Newsome says she played by the rules. She never told anyone in the military that she was a lesbian.

But Newsome was discharged earlier this year under the military’s “don’t ask, don’t tell” law after Rapid City, S.D., police officers saw an Iowa marriage license in her home and told the Ellsworth Air Force Base.

The police were at Newsome’s home in November with an arrest warrant for her partner, who was wanted on theft charges in Alaska.

Newsome and the American Civil Liberties Union have filed a complaint against the department claiming police invaded her privacy.

Rapid City Police Chief Steve Allender says Newsome was uncooperative, and the marriage license was relevant because it established the residency and the relationship of the two women.

Contact your members of Congress immediately and demand that the militaries discriminatory Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell policy be repeal.

The Justice Department must launch a full investigation into the horrific treatment of Gay and Lesbian Americans by the bigots running the Rapid City Police Department. Contact Police Chief Steve Allender and ask why it was necessary to forward the legal marriage license to the Air Force and why his department is targeting Gays and Lesbians in Rapid City. The police department also has a citizens survey that everyone should fill out.
